Trial Guidelines & Instructions

One-Time Registration Fee: IKF charges a one-time registration fee of ₹125 (106+19 GST) for city trials. This is the ONLY FEE players are required to pay to participate in Tyger IKF Trials for 1 city apart from that IKF never asks for any fee throughout that season.

Selection Process: IKF does not guarantee selection to any club. The final decision of player selection rests solely with the clubs. If anyone promises you any favouritism in the selection process, please report it immediately to IKF at [email protected] . The trials generally takes 8-10 Hours to complete depending on registration count. So kindly carry adequate food and water. Every player gets to play 1 round of match. Do not leave the ground without permission.

Player-Scout Interaction: Do not approach or speak to scouts attending trials. If anyone approaches you with promises of selection favours, please report this incident to IKF.

IKF: IKF is a platform that connects grassroots football players with professional football opportunities. IKF is NOT a club, academy, agent, or player development company. IKF provides its platform by conducting City Trial, Zonals and National Finals. Through this three step process IKF showcase shortlisted players to partner clubs and academies.

Player Selection: Selection depends on multiple screenings by both on-ground and virtual scouts. Final selections will be announced only on IKF's Website https://indiakhelofootball.com/noticeboard and official whatsapp number (+91 8850119762).

Trial Information: Dates and venues for trials will be shared near to the trial date via WhatsApp if you are registered. If you don't receive any information on registered WhatsApp Number check in our official website https://indiakhelofootball.com/noticeboard or if you have any query mail us [email protected] . For safe side please check website monthly.

Important Updates: All important updates will be sent to you on your WhatsApp but due to meta guidelines messages still fail to get delivered in time, hence please stay updated by visiting our website https://indiakhelofootball.com/noticeboard . IKF only sends the communication by their official WhatsApp number (+91 8850119762). Please refrain from joining any other communication groups claiming to be IKF.

Additional Notes: IKF's role is to provide a platform for player opportunities. IKF is not involved in the direct selection process by clubs and academies. Registration fees are non-refundable unless IKF cancels an event. Players have to take care of the travel, stay and food till they get scouted by any club. In case of low girls' turnout, players may play with/against boys but will be assessed based on girls' evaluation criteria.

Project Naari Shakti: The Naari Shakti program is only for female players and anyone else registering for the program will be considered null and void.

This information is only for the players who register for city trials 1. All players will participate at their own risk.
2. Please ensure that each and every player should have a personal water bottle.
3. If anyone misbehaves then it will lead to complete disqualification from the trial.
4. All the players must carry any one of these documents aadhar card/birth certificate/passport to reflect DOB.
5. Carry or wear your football kit like jersey, shorts and shin guard to trial. Bibs will be provided at the centre.
6. Carry your food and water bottle.
7. Carry your IKF trial pass (soft copy in phone will suffice).
8. Stick to the reporting time.
9. Players will be responsible for their own belongings. IKF and REP will not be responsible for any item lost. We suggest you avoid bringing any valuables to the ground.

1. You are voluntarily participating in the football trial organized by India Khelo Football
2. You confirm that you are in good health and do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from participating in physical activities, in Tyger IKF Trials.
3. You understand that participating in a football trial involves a certain level of risk, and you voluntarily assume all responsibility for any injury, accident, or mishap that may occur during the trial.
4. You agree to follow all the rules, instructions, and guidelines set by the organizers and coaches during the trial.
5. You give your consent for any photographs or videos taken during the trial to be used for promotional or official purposes related to the event by IKF and its partners (including sponsors).
6. You understand that your participation may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the organizers if you fail to comply with the rules and regulations.
7. You understand that the results will be shared by India Khelo Football Scouts after proper analysis and you acknowledge and accept that the final selection decisions regarding the participant’s qualification are made at the sole discretion of the organizers, coaches, or scouts from partner clubs. You agree that you will abide by the rulings, selection process, and decisions made by the trial officials, and that these decisions are final.
8. You acknowledge that India Khelo Football and its organizers, coaches, and staff will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal valuables, including but not limited to, mobile phones, money, jewelry, or any other personal belongings during the trial. We request you to avoid carrying any valuables, if brought you take care of the same.
9. You, your Parent and/or Guardian authorize the organizers and medical personnel to provide emergency medical treatment if necessary during the trial limited to first aid that is possible for organizers on ground. In case it's required to take you to hospital, the organizer will arrange the transportation for the same after your consent at the participant's cost.
10. You agree and authorize IKF to share your contact number with clubs, partners, academies and sponsors.
